Therapeutic Intervention

Healthy posture is the result of healthy curves, not the cause.

Telling someone to sit up straight fixes posture for thirty seconds. Restoring the underlying spinal curves restores posture for life. We do it with custom-fit weights and progressive exercises.

What it is

Your spine has natural curves: a forward arch in your neck (cervical lordosis), a backward arch in your upper back (thoracic kyphosis), a forward arch in your lower back (lumbar lordosis), and a backward arch at your sacrum. These curves are how your spine distributes load, protects nerves and blood vessels, and stays self-supporting.

When the curves flatten or reverse (usually from years of forward-leaning posture, an old injury, or both), every other structural pillar pays the price. Curve correction rebuilds them with custom-fit weights, individualized exercises, and serial imaging to confirm change.

What to expect

Curve correction involves a series of specifically-loaded postural exercises and short daily home protocols. We start with very gentle loads in clinic-supervised sessions, then build a customized home program you do for 10–20 minutes daily.

You'll see progress on follow-up imaging at 8–12 weeks. You'll feel progress earlier, usually some symptom reduction in the first 2–4 weeks as the system starts to rebalance.

Who it helps most

Curve correction is most useful when: - Imaging documents loss of normal curvature - Forward head posture, kyphosis, or postural fatigue are part of your picture - You've been "watch and wait" managed and want a more active option - Symptoms haven't fully resolved despite other care - You want the most durable structural improvement possible
