Case review
$250 · 45 minutes
A thorough review of your case, with him, on Zoom. He reads everything you send before you meet, so the time is spent on answers rather than catching him up.

What happens when you book a case review
We'd rather you know this before you spend anything than be surprised by it afterward.

You pay for the review
The $250 fee is what holds your place. Dr. Hutcheson blocks real preparation time for every case review, so the slot opens once the fee is in.
Step 2
You choose your time
Scheduling unlocks the moment payment completes. You pick the day and time that works, and it's confirmed right then — nobody has to call you back to lock it in.
Step 3
You get an email about what to send
Specific instructions for sharing anything you want reviewed: past reports, imaging, prior scans, photos of your posture, your detailed history — whatever you want his eyes on. Upload it on your own time through your secure portal.
Step 4
A person makes sure you're ready
Before the call, you can talk to a member of our team to confirm we have everything we need and that it's all set up on our end. You don't have to guess whether you did it right.
The $250 is the price of this 45-minute review. It is not a deposit and is not credited toward any care that may follow — if treatment is the right next step, that's quoted separately and you decide then.

The definitive answer, in Fort Myers. Your appointment time is confirmed the moment your payment completes. We often have availability as early as next week — we typically hold one or two new-patient slots each week.
- A blocked-off two-hour window with Dr. Hutcheson in Fort Myers
- Detailed history + full structural examination (about an hour and 15 minutes on its own)
- If indicated: digital motion X-ray or other testing — inside the same window
- Ultrasound at the bedside during the exam itself, included, never a separate charge
- If you're ready: time to begin treatment the same day
- Complete workups with diagnostics typically run $1,500–$2,000 all-in; the $575 covers the exam and case review
